What kind of online tests?
At OBS, we've built a range of assessment websites for big name clients. Though we offer a totally bespoke service, many projects fall under the following categories:
- Psychometric tests. These can range from multiple-choice format questions to more complex graphical tests that measure aspects of a user's personality.
- 360-degree feedback. Software that makes it easy for multiple users to submit feedback on an individual, in an integrated package.
- 180-degree feedback. These applications are designed to focus on input from one particular source (for example, quick-hit feedback reports from management on an individual).
