"OBS Group's level of knowledge about the site we needed to build and the technology we needed to build it meant that they were able to improve on some ideas, and to present to us alternative and easier (and therefore cheaper!) ways of developing other parts of the site. Some areas eventually diverged from what we had discussed in the project brief, but OBS were flexible enough to include this within the original budget and stick to the original deadline.
