Our Process - Follow-up
We offer our clients complete peace of mind by offering a one year technical support and warranty period on almost all our project development work.
Any programming faults that are identified within the first year following the project completion date, will be corrected promptly and free of charge. We are happy to offer this service as we are confident of the quality of our solutions and the level of testing invested in them during the development cycle.
Technical support is also offered by phone, free of charge, for a period of one year. This support can be about any aspect of the development including reminders about how to use features of the application we have developed for you.
In addition to the one year technical support and warranty period provided, you may wish to take up our monthly maintenance contract. Many of our clients running dedicated or co-located servers find this to be an essential facility. Please click the link for more information on our monthly server maintenance service.
As part of our on-going service to you, we will follow up your project to ensure everything is running smoothly. We are welcome all feedback and are keen to hear your views on the effectiveness of the project and whether you feel it is has met its functional and business objectives. Of course we would also be interested to know of any plans you may have for expanding your solution or of any other projects you may be considering initiating in the future.
